Where we are serving now or have direct affiliations:
The focus
of this year’s meeting was to identify what the pastors, in the 16
countries attending, can do differently to improve the leadership
disciplining within each church. Church leaders need mentoring too. As
we equipment one another through accountability, we too are reminded
that the true teacher of us all is the Holy Spirit within each of us.
We are
responsible for maintaining our church leadership relationships by our
intentional actions of effort. God grows His church. We are entrusted
with the tasks of loving one another and serving one another in the
church body. We are to bear one another’s burdens. Many times we have to
be reminded by each other, that in times of trials God is growing us, in
areas of our life, for a better work we could not do without that
growth.
Our
divine appointments are by God’s timing and are fertile ground for the
testimony we have lived. We were intentional in our prayer time and
intentional in our study time. We were intentional in our share time.
The look on the faces of the participants tells the story of the
commitment of each one. We have the responsibility as Jesus’ disciples
to go and make disciples.
I had the
privilege of participating in this conference and it was a blessing to
me.
